"I’ve been to this store multiple times and every time I’ve needed something different. The staff is knowledgeable and polite, even when busy I am asked if I need help with anything. Pricing is good and the variety of gear/products is great. Never had a complaint to guys working there, and will be back next time I need something!"

"I bought a battery for my motorcycle and a fork seal driver on my last visit to Cycle Gear in Allentown. The battery is a lead/acid battery and as such the salesman had to put acid in it. He did that and gave it to me in its original box. When I got home and took it out of the box to install it, I noticed that 2 of the cells of the battery were below the minimum fill line on the battery case. I opened the caps to those cells and saw that the acid was below the level of the plates inside. Had I not noticed that the battery would have surely failed quickly. I am pretty disgusted with the salesman's lack of integrity in this situation.
As a side note, the first time I used the fork seal driver one of the plastic slider pieces fell off and allowed the tool to scratch the fork stanchion of the fork I was working on. "
